RED ONE Mysterium-X Camera
Prestigious Films is now officially the first and ONLY production company in Wichita to own and offer this 4k technology. What does this mean for you? Simply put, you get the most experienced RED Technicians in the Region and you get it at a much lower rate. But why is this so important, you might ask? RED literally changed the game when they announced a digital video system that produced a resolution literally more than 5 times that of Blu-Ray HD. With all hyperbole aside, RED has revolutionized the way major motion picture companies consider projects. It equalizes the industry in a way nothing else has – offering the resolution and latitude standards of film, without the astronomical budgets once needed for 35mm film transferring. In the last 3 years alone, RED has been used on some of Hollywood’s best films including “The Social Network”, “The Book of Eli”, the upcoming “Pirates of the Caribbean” and Peter Jackson’s “The Hobbit.” We are very excited to now offer the RED to regional and national commercials, major music videos, and our feature-length productions. We are currently in production on a documentary entitled “We’ve Got Issues” about the interpersonal dynamics of modern couples and how their techniques can be translated into the workplace. The native codec for RED, the REDRAW allows an extensive set of post-production accommodation – including resetting ISO settings, tint, hue, internal color correction, and more. The RED simultaneously records 4 other native files for real time playback and editing ease. To put it simply, this camera is freaking bad ass.
Sony XDCAM EX PMW-EX1 High-Definition Digital Video Camera
